Our Bakery in Action
In the villages of Romania recipes are handed down from mother to daughter. They do not need to be written down, rather they are told like an old story. One of the local “Bunica” [grandmothers] stopped by the Bread of Life Orphanage to show our girls how to make “poale-n brau”, a Romanian traditional pancake.
